MasterAmp™ Extra-Long PCR Kit

MasterAmp™ Extra-Long PCR Kitは20-40 kbのDNAを増幅させるシステムです。MasterAmp™ Extra-Long DNA Polymerase Mixは、3´→5´proofreading機能を持つMasterAmp™ Taq DNA Polymeraseを採用しています。キットには9種類のMasterAmp Extra-Long PCR 2X PreMixes (dNTPs, buffer, 様々な濃度のMgCl₂とMasterAmp™ PCR Enhancer with Betaine*)がついています。

Two Steps to Reliable and Consistent Extra-Long PCR:

STEP 1

PCRを行いたいテンプレートとプライマー及びMasterAmp™ Extra-Long DNA Polymerase Mixと9種類のPreMixesを用いて、最適なPreMixを調べるためにPCRを行います。

STEP 2

Step1にて得られた結果にてMasterAmp™ Extra-Long PCR PreMixを選択することで一貫したPCRの結果が得られます。(Figure 2).

Subsequent PCR results are consistent and reliable using the PreMix identified in Step 1.
