Ribo-Zero™ rRNA Removal Kit (Gram-Positive Bacteria) は、一般的に除去が難しい5S rRNAを含む全てのrRNAをインタクトもしくは部分消化されたグラム陽性細菌のtotal RNAから除去します。

Table1. qRT-PCRによるRibo-Zero処理後のB. subtilis total RNAの解析
部分消化したB. subtilis total RNA (2.5 μgと5 μg) をRibo-Zero (Gram-positive) kitで処理しました。サンプル中に残ったrRNA量はランダムプライマーを用いたcDNA合成とqPCRにより解析し、4回試験をした平均値を算出しています。

サンプルはアジレント社RNA 6000 Pico Assayにより解析しました。左：サンプル量2.5ngのmock-treated total RNA（赤）と、rRNA除去後のRNA（緑）を示しています。右：1.7ngのrRNA除去後のB. subtilis RNAを解析しました。
